We know the visa process can feel overwhelming. Here's exactly what happens, from your first application to your first day at work in Serbia.
Fill out our application form online. Our Colombo team will review your application and contact you within 3 working days to schedule an interview.
You'll meet with our team in person. We'll assess your English level, work experience, and the best job fit. We'll also record a short introduction video to share with potential employers.
Our Belgrade team presents your profile to suitable employers. Once selected, you receive an official Offer Letter with full details of salary, hours, and accommodation.
Once you accept the offer, visit our Colombo office to submit your documents and pay a deposit of LKR 250,000. This confirms your commitment and begins the visa process.
Our Belgrade team prepares and submits your work visa application to Serbian authorities. Processing typically takes 4β8 weeks.
Once your visa is approved, you book your flight and travel to Serbia. Your employer arranges accommodation, and our Belgrade team is on hand to help you settle in.
