You'll meet with our team in person. We'll assess your English level, work experience, and the best job fit. We'll also record a short introduction video to share with potential employers.
Our Belgrade team presents your profile to suitable employers. Once selected, you receive an official Offer Letter with full details of salary, hours, and accommodation.
Once you accept the offer, visit our Colombo office to submit your documents and pay a deposit of LKR 250,000. This confirms your commitment and begins the visa process.
Our Belgrade team prepares and submits your work visa application to Serbian authorities. Processing typically takes 4โ8 weeks.

How much does it cost to get a job through Moneva?
The total placement fee is approximately $3,500, paid in stages. A deposit of LKR 250,000 is paid when you accept your job offer. Accommodation is typically provided by the employer at no additional cost.
How long does the whole process take?
From initial application to arrival in Serbia, the process typically takes 3โ4 months. The visa processing stage (4โ8 weeks) depends on Serbian government authorities.
Do I need to speak Serbian?
No. Most employers do not require Serbian language skills. Basic English is helpful for some roles, but many positions โ particularly in manufacturing and logistics โ have no language requirements at all.
Is accommodation provided?
In most cases, yes. The majority of our employer partners include accommodation as part of the employment package. This is confirmed in your Offer Letter before you commit to anything.
What happens if I have a problem after I arrive in Serbia?

We're a family business, with roots in both countries. Our family is Serbian, but we lived in Sri Lanka for many years, long enough to fall in love with the country and its people. When we saw how much potential there was on one side, and how much demand there was on the other, Moneva was the natural next step.
Today, our mother runs our office in Colombo, while the rest of the family manages operations in Belgrade. We built this business from the ground up, and we run every part of it ourselves โ no outsourcing, no middlemen, just family making sure things are done right.
